Kyle Piechucki, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Kyle Piechucki is an accomplished leader who has worked in financial services for over ten years. He worked at Connotate Technologies where his main responsibility was developing the alliance & Physicianship strategy for the company.. Mr. Piechucki expanded the company’s revenue base by securing distribution Physicians & alliances with major banks. His experience came from the years spent working at Reuters Group PLC, a multimedia financial news wire, in New York.. As the global strategic relationship manager, Mr. Piechucki directed the company’s strategic Physicianship program for financial service technology. He developed an incremental revenue stream by securing new contracts, and negotiated several product co-branding agreements that reduced marketing costs, among other associated costs. Mr. Piechucki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an International Business minor from the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York.
Vishal Verma, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Vishal Verma is a computer and technology expert. He has worked in the in the IT industry for more than 15 years. Before starting InfoSlate, Mr. Verma was employed at Reuters in its NY development group from 2001. Over the years he worked in the Reuters Innovation Group, Reuters Messaging, and Reuters Labs groups. There he worked on researching cutting edge technology to serve business goals, data visualization and user interface design, and partnerships with external technology vendors. He also helped design the Reuters Messaging Chat system and supervised the team that coded its front-end. Later he managed a team producing new functionality for the core messaging client. Mr. Verma began his career in technology building PCs and repairing them for small businesses. He developed custom POS systems and provided phone and on-site support for music retail stores all over the US for 6 years. Mr. Verma has vast web and desktop technology experience. He has designed and implemented databases and business logic interfaces for e-commerce websites and desktop client applications. He has managed programming teams both on-site and off-shore. Mr. Verma earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Computer Human Interaction from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Irv Goldstein, Director of Sales
Irv Goldstein is one of diversification from teaching,high school coach to Sales & Marketing. Mr. Goldstein has a track record as a million dollar plus sales producer. Mr. Goldstein was the Western Regional Sales Manager for OfficeMax. His region was the highest producer for 3 consecutive years generating over $5 million in sales. Mr. Goldstein is responsible for writing the sales training manual for the outside sales staff of OfficeMax. Mr. Goldstein earned a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University and a Master of Science degree from Hofstra University.
Charles Roth, Director of Creative Services & Marketing
Charles Roth oversee's all creative and marketing initiatives at InfoSlate. Prior to joining InfoSlate, Mr. Roth was instrumental in shaping creative for a variety of corporations including Mark Stevens and Company, Sanna Design Group and Select Group, Inc. He brings a unique vision with his approach that produces memorable and effective design solutions. Mr. Roth graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Digital Art & Design from Long Island University/C.W. Post.

Jonathan B. Feibel, M.D., Medical Advisor
Dr. Jonathan Feibel is an orthopedic surgeon and principal of The Cardinal Orthopedic Institute, the largest central Ohio orthopedic group. Since the inception of The Cardinal Orthopaedic Institute, Dr. Feibel has served as a member of Cardinal’s Executive Committee where he is involved in directing all aspects of the firms’ medical practice and business affairs. He also serves as president of Cardinal Properties, Inc., Cardinal’s real estate subsidiary.
Dr. Feibel has served on the board of directors of Central Ohio Therapies, LLC, a for profit corporation engaged in providing extracorporeal shock wave therapy services. He is also a member of the Ohio Physician Malpractice Advisory Board of The Doctor’s Company. In the non-profit area, Feibel currently serves as Trustee of Mount Carmel Foundation and Chair of the Foundation’s Physicians Philanthropy Committee, which he founded in 2004. Active in the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society, as a member of the Practice Management and the Membership Committees, and in 2004-2005 was the appointed as the Young Physician Section delegate to the American Medical Association. In 2007 elected to the Board of The Columbus Jewish Federation and Co-Chair of the 2007 annual campaign Young Adult Division.
Dr. Feibel’s non-medical awards include the 2007 Business First (Columbus, Ohio) “40 under 40” designation chosen out of over 250 nominations of community leaders under the age of 40; the 2007 Mount Carmel Foundation “Chairman’s Award” and 1991 Duke University “Student Leadership Award.”
Scott M. Zimmer, M.D., Medical Advisor
Dr. Scott Zimmer is the current Medical Director of Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery for University Hospitals Medical Practices, a 400 physician multi-specialty group throughout the greater Cleveland area. He is involved in teaching residents and fellows, but his main focus is caring for a large practice of patients with ailments of the hand, elbow, and shoulder.
Dr. Zimmer graduated cum laude from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio). He then attended Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio where he graduated first in his class. His orthopaedic residency was completed at the Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio. He completed his training at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida in Hand, Elbow, Shoulder Surgery and Microsurgery.
Brian G. Donley, MD, Medical Advisor
Dr. Brian Donley is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle surgery. He joined the Cleveland Clinic in 1996 and serves as Director for the Foot and Ankle Center. In addition, he is an Associate Professor with the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. Dr. Donley graduated with distinction from the U of Michigan Medical School and Phi Beta Kappa from the U of Notre Dame.
Late last year, Dr. Donley became the first orthopaedic surgeon in the United States to implant a new total ankle replacement device, the Salto Talaris Anatomic Ankle he helped design along with an international team of surgeons.
In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Donley is very active with education and research. He has contributed to more than fifty publications and has made over 160 presentations internationally, nationally and regionally. Dr. Donley serves as Editor and Chief of Arthritis Advisor and Assistant Editor for Foot and Ankle International. He has served as faculty at many national and international foot and ankle educational meetings and is a Board member of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society.
